Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 167 Elizabeth Ave, PTBO

Orders can be picked up daily, from 1pm -5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 5- 10 business days using Canada Post's delivery standard of 2 - 7 days. 

NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated, and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beofor Studios Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, Custom Orders are not subject to return, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at beofor.studios@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
